Job Summary
Overview
UnityPoint Health is looking to add a experienced Neonatology NP to their 3 Physician and 2 Nurse Practitioners group in Bettendorf IA & Moline IL.
This position offers:

- Coverage at Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) - Trinity Bettendorf IA & Trinity Moline IL
- 2-8 Patients average daily census
- Service provided for 30wks GA infants and up
Approximately 80 hours every 2 weeks with variable coverage between days and night.
One Friday night per month and 1 full weekend coverage per month. Backup by Attending MD
- Part of Vermont Oxford Network (VON)
- Dedicated staff and specially trained Nurses in providing emergency Neonatal care and resuscitation.
- EMR: Neodata and EPIC (Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination)
- Pediatric Subspecialties and Maternal Fetal Medicine servicesavailable 24/7 by telemedicine consult
- Newlyexpanded/renovated NICU with single family rooms and multiples room

Qualifications
- Hold a current and unrestricted license or certification as applicable in the Advanced Practitioners field of practice in the state(s) in which Advanced Practitioner provides services - both IL & IA needed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work as a team member
- Level III NICU NP experience is needed
Must be experienced with intubations/placing umbilical lines/NRP
PICC line experience is preferred but will train if needed
