The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious creative Project Manager who has extensive experience working for community clients and is looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.

- You have Community Project Experience with an emphasis on Higher Education K-12 or Civic Projects.

- You have a strong understanding and passion for high quality design space planning spatial relationships and materials.
- You are technically experienced in complex building types building details and systems integrations.
- You have a passion for sustainability and regenerative design.

A position youll love:
- Youll be working in our dedicated community studio with other professionals dedicated to Community practice projects including Higher Ed K-12 schools and Civic projects.
- Youll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks and design projects.
- Youll lead teams of architects and engineers to meet project requirements budget schedules and design intent.
- Youll be responsible for developing and reviewing contract documents and construction administration.
- Youll enjoy QA/QC and the technical aspects of projects.
- Youll be accountable for project success.
- Youll have growth opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
- A minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience in a variety of Community (Higher Ed K-12 Civic) projects;
- 3 years of Project Management experience;
- Architectural registration;
- Experience in new construction adaptive reuse and renovation projects; and
- Intermediate Revit skills.
