Project Environmental ScientistEngineer

Formation Environmental LLC (Formation) is currently seeking a motivated and talented Project Scientist or Engineer with a strong background in project implementation in accordance with CERCLA regulations working with multidisciplinary technical staff in applying the principles of contaminant fate and transport to characterize environmental conditions and identify remedy solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience as a client facing professional a strong aptitude in planning and implementing hydrogeological and geochemical investigations analyzing environmental data preparing interpretive reports and collaborating with regulatory agencies.

Required Skills:

• Environmental data organization interpretation and presentation.
• Evaluating current and/or historical multi-source contaminant contributions to the environment at hazardous waste mining and/or petrochemical industry sites.
• Researching and synthesizing complex historical records and connecting this information to technically based fate and transport interpretations.
• Prepare work plans sampling and analysis plans and quality assurance project plans.
• Coordinating and directing multidisciplinary teams comprised of various technical experience levels to perform data collection and reporting.
• Planning and implementing projects in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Experience in scheduling of staff and resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Leading meetings with client and other project stakeholders and facilitating effective collaboration.
