Were looking for a Manager to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team across Portugal and the US. This team is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging both prospective customers and our existing client base and plays a critical role in driving both new business and expansion opportunities across the business.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day performance coaching and development of the BDR team. Were looking for someone who can build and maintain a high-performance high-accountability culture while keeping the team engaged motivated and having fun. A big part of the role will be driving consistent activity levels across both prospecting and customer engagement motions improving conversion rates and helping BDRs build the skills they need to progress into Account Executive roles over time.
The Manager BDRs will report directly to the EVP of Global Revenue and partner closely with Sales Marketing RevOps Customer Success Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure the team is aligned to our highest priority growth initiatives. This includes supporting pipeline creation across new logo acquisition as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
