Supplies Co-ordinator

Rowley Hall Hospital Stafford

Part-Time 26 Hours

Shift patterns: 7am - 2pm Monday-Thursday

Where youll be based:

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshires leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms all with en suite facilities.

The role:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Supplies Co-ordinator to join our team at our Rowley Hall Hospital based in Stafford.

This is a hands-on role involving regular lifting and frequent movement around the hospital.

We are looking for a someone who will be dynamic self-motivated computer literate and has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Management of stock deliveries for the hospital

• Handling all orders

• Responsible for the control of ordering stock consumables and equipment needed in the hospital

• Supporting with barcoding invoices and deliveries

What you will bring:

• Strong IT skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• High attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

• Initiative with a flexible and proactive approach to work

• Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable not essential)

• SAP experience (desirable not essential)
