Tech Recruits Here to Connect is a specialist recruitment consultancy working with leading integrators and consultancies across the fire and security sector. We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Support & Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are a people person organised detail-focused and keen to develop your skills this role offers genuine career progression and flexibility.

Position Overview

As Recruitment Support & Delivery Coordinator youll be the backbone of the recruitment delivery process. Youll manage candidate journeys from initial registration through to successful placement whilst supporting job advert creation and social media content. Your work directly impacts candidate experience and client satisfaction helping top integrators and consultancies find the right talent to join their teams. Working closely with Emily the founder of the business you will learn from almost 20 years of her experience in sales marketing and recruitment in the tech industry! You must be commutable to to work with Emily and as the role develops so will the flexibility to then work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full candidate registration calls capturing employment history systems experience salary expectations location and career motivations

  • Input all candidate data into the CRM system with accuracy upload and format CVs add candidate summaries using the latest AI technology for efficiency.

  • Chase candidates proactively via calls texts and emails maintaining daily follow-up lists and updating candidate statuses.

  • Book interviews and manage diaries sending confirmations and reminders to candidates and clients

  • Collect post-interview feedback and update candidate progress records

  • Write job adverts from job descriptions upload to the CRM and job boards and post roles on LinkedIn

  • Create image adverts and schedule social media posts consistently across platforms

  • Review applicants from job boards search the internal candidate database and contact prospects to qualify interest

  • Support outreach campaigns and book candidate registrations

  • Assist with onboarding communication and take ownership on dedicated projects.

  • Attendance to industry events exhibitions awards evenings and client meetings across the UK throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • High motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced recruitment environment

  • Meticulous attention to detail when inputting data and managing candidate information

  • Willingness to learn new systems processes and industry knowledge

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up lists

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and job boards

  • Basic social media knowledge and ability to create simple content

KPI Metrics

  • Daily target for candidate registrations

  • Weekly target for candidates moved to interview stage

  • Project completion as set out in weekly review meetings.
