About the role

We are looking for a strategic hands-on Senior RevOps Specialist who will own revenue performance through systems automation and analytics ensuring measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency conversion quality retention economics and forecasting reliability.

You will combine CRM automation performance analytics and cross-functional governance to optimize the end-to-end GTM engine proactively identify inefficiencies and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a high-impact role: you design implement monitor and iterate solutions that directly influence conversion retention and revenue. This is not a project management role; you build ship measure and optimize.

Your missions

Revenue Performance Framework Definition

  • Define and maintain the company-wide revenue performance scorecard including metrics like CAC Payback NRR LTV/CAC conversion by segment and ACV mix.
  • Build cohort-based performance tracking to monitor retention across 3- 6- and 12-month periods by segment.
  • Monitor revenue leakage and identify systemic inefficiencies across the full funnel enabling proactive process improvements.
  • Partner with Finance and Data teams to ensure accuracy consistency and actionability of revenue intelligence.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Optimize end-to-end GTM workflows including onboarding Sales and Customer Success handoffs.
  • Design and implement automation to eliminate repetitive tasks ensure accurate data flow and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Own CRM architecture and governance including lifecycle stages object structures permissions validation rules and system scalability.
  • Continuously monitor and debug automations and workflows ensuring revenue-critical processes remain reliable at scale.
  • Document playbooks and enable adoption across teams fostering process discipline and operational excellence.

Segment & Mix Optimization

  • Track ACV evolution and performance by segment and monitor trends over time.
  • Identify high-potential segments with the strongest LTV/CAC ratios to prioritize GTM resources.
  • Refine lead scoring and routing logic based on downstream revenue quality not just close rates.
  • Partner with Sales Customer Success and Data teams to ensure segment-level insights translate into GTM strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations CRM/RevOps Engineering management consulting or analytics/operations strategy in SaaS high-growth tech marketplaces or other revenue-driven environments.
  • HubSpot expert: deep hands-on experience architecting workflows custom objects automations and API integrations.
  • SQL proficiency. Python or scripting capability and hands-on experience building AI-powered automations and workflows.
  • API literacy: you understand how systems connect can read API docs and design integration flows.
  • Strong understanding of subscription revenue metrics: MRR Sales Velocity CAC LTV NRR payback period.
  • Experience operating across multiple geographies or segments with different maturity levels.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of: French Italian Spanish or Portuguese.

Strong Plus:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Tableau Metabase).
  • Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Background in high-volume SaaS hospitality tech or marketplaces.
  • Experience integrating Customer Success operations alongside Sales operations.
  • Experience building performance frameworks in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in English any language between French Italian Spanish or Portuguese.
