Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment. We are looking for a Junior SpecialistTalent Acquisition who will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates using traditional and modern methods
  • Sourcing candidates for designated areas and supporting other team members in finding suitable profiles
  • Initially learning and then independently conducting recruitment processes for designated areas screening selection candidate contact interviews offer
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborating with supervisors and line managers to define recruitment profiles and schedules
  • Creating and developing talent pooling
  • Updating and maintaining the candidate database in recruitment systems
  • Conducting onboarding
  • Adhering to labor law regulations internal procedures and personal data protection principles.

Additionally we would like to involve you in:

  • Specializing in the use of LinkedIn as a tool
  • Market Research & Competitor Mapping in Media and Media Tech & Data sectors
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of candidate acquisition methods
  • Supporting the coordination and development of the onboarding process
  • Supporting employer branding activities
  • Supporting and getting involved in leading internship projects

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Higher education or currently pursuing studies (fields related to HR psychology management are welcome)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment agency ideally in IT or Media
  • Ability to source candidates through passive channels (LinkedIn Boolean Search GitHub and others)
  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment process and other candidate sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Ability to organize work work in a dynamic environment and multitask

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader groups compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including business needs experience level of responsibility and qualifications.
