Role Overview:
As a B2B Tech Sales Specialist you will partner with business clients to understand their needs optimize their digital strategies and drive performance through tailored solutions. From prospecting to onboarding and growth youll guide clients through the full sales journey while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients to drive long-term partnerships
- Present and position tech products and solutions based on each clients goals
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored strategies to improve performance
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification presentations negotiations and closing
- Handle objections confidently and uncover new growth opportunities
- Track and manage the sales pipeline providing insights and performance updates
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Communicate with clients via phone email and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Previous experience: in B2B Sales mandatory in tech
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
