The Role
Are you passionate about building relationships and driving clinical excellence in healthcare
Were looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our Acute Care Division in New Zealand specialising in capital equipment sales including hospital beds and this role youll be the trusted partner for our customerseducating clinicians supporting product adoption and advancing existing opportunities in the sales pipeline. Youll help healthcare providers deliver safer more effective care through our innovative solutions.
What youll do
Strengthen relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers biomedical engineers nurses and other healthcare professionals
Deliver engaging product education in-servicing and training sessions
Support clinical evaluations and ensure smooth product implementation
Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to progress sales opportunities
Provide outstanding post-sale support and customer service
What were looking for
Minimum Requirements
Experience in healthcare clinical education or account management (2 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and influence across diverse clinical settings
Knowledge of hospital environments and clinical workflows
An interest in sales and building commercial acumen
Preferred
Bachelors degree in health nursing business or related field
