About the role

As Clinic Manager you will lead your clinic team with passion and purpose delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and creating a first-class client experience. This role gives you the opportunity to make a significant impact on both your team and your clients.

You will provide high-quality hearing assessments fittings teleaudiology and other audiology services within your scope of practice. Beyond your clinical responsibilities you will take ownership of the clinics day-to-day operations and provide direct line management to your team ensuring all aspects of performance development and coaching are met. Supporting the Area Manager/Region Manager you will help drive clinic success while fostering Triton Hearings culture and performance standards.

Key to this role is your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and your team ensuring engagement with organisational messages and creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture.

• Identify assess diagnose and treat individuals with auditory and vestibular impairments.
• Fit test and manage hearing aids including conducting otoscopic examinations and taking ear canal impressions.
• Provide audiologic treatment for tinnitus using techniques such as tinnitus retraining therapy education and counseling.
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively support the Area Manager/Region Manager to achieve clinic goals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients providing clear communication on hearing results hearing aid management and follow-ups.
• Drive Triton Hearings culture standards and messages to ensure alignment and motivation within your team.
