Job Summary
What youll do
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and skilled Childrens Complex Care Support Worker to join a small dedicated team supporting a baby with complex health needs. They have a tracheostomy and require PEG feeding we are looking for someone who can support the family with day to day living.
This role involves delivering person-centred care promoting independence wherever possible and ensuring their safety comfort and well-being at all times. You will work closely with their family and clinical professionals to provide consistent and high-quality care.
Qualifications :
- Experience in complex care paediatrics or similar clinical settings (preferred).
- Competency or willingness to be trained in tracheostomy and PEG care.
- Reliability patience and a child-centred approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team and family environment.
