Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment experience to UKAEAs new starters through efficient and effective administration.

Core responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and employees ensuring prompt and efficient handling of queries.
- Manage personal data in full compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements.
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration
- Prepare offer and new starter letters
- Process vetting and references and collect right-to-work documentation.
- Support candidate onboarding including relocation assistance induction bookings and issuing required training (e.g. CBT).
- Assist the wider recruitment function as needed including coordinating and welcoming interview candidates.
Qualifications :
- Proven administration experience (HR administration desirable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a high volume of new starters
