OMLP is a 2 year management development program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations that allow participants to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. We will put you in the core of our business where you will get a deep insight into our processes and can learn from experienced experts. Its fast paced and challenging but well coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of rotations and learnings.

Each of the three 8-month rotations includes responsibilities such as:

• Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
• Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement material flow)
• Technical (Lean manufacturing engineer / process engineer)
• Environment Health & Safety (site operations support EHS support)

Preferred Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Up to 2 years experience as an intern or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain
• Relevant Degree or Masters: preference will be given to persons with a major in Supply Chain Logistics Operations or Mechanical Industrial Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset transparency.
• A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain.
• Language skills fluency in English is a requirement; Norwegian or Dutch is an advantage but not a necessity.
• A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.

Youll work as part of a team and will be involved in projects that shape the business.

You will gain international experience in at least one rotation outside of your home country within our European sites in Ireland Norway Netherlands and the UK. This will give you the opportunity to work with different cultures and different manufacturing environments
