Key job responsibilities
Lead the prioritization and planning of projects and feature development ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Think big collaborate with leadership cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define the long-term vision strategy and roadmap.

Guide and facilitate the design of highly scalable distributed system architectures that solve complex real-world problems.

Oversee the monitoring validation and smooth operation of production services to ensure reliability and performance.

Take ownership of inputs and business outcomes by fostering a culture of continuous auditing metric-driven decision-making and automation wherever possible.

Establish clear measurable quality and performance goals for the organization and partner across teams to achieve them.

Mentor develop and empower team members and emerging leaders to support organizational growth and excellence.

- 3 years of engineering team management experience
- 7 years of engineering experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

- Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
