Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for talent acquisition
oManage multi-channel marketing campaigns
oDeveloping metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness including partnering with BI team media agency and third-party vendors to implement performance measurement automation attribution and channel optimization
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic candidate attraction
oUtilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing tactics
oEnhance candidate experience and engagement
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
