私たちは配送会社の事業主がドライバーを増員し事業を大きくするための戦略的なプログラムをリードするマーケティングマネージャーを求めていますこの役割は事業主の経営課題を理解し革新的なドライバー募集の仕組みをゼロから構築しますマーケティング戦略を策定してブランドの立ち位置やメッセージを決めるところから業務プロセスの設計認知向上や集客のための施策展開結果の検証までを担えるこのポジションは自らのアイデアで業界に変化を起こしたい方に最適です
理想的な候補者はマーケティング戦略立案およびリード獲得のための施策展開で成功実績のある方ですまた不確定要素があるなかで複数のプロジェクトを進めるプロジェクト管理スキルと多くのステークホルダーを巻き込んで変革を推進する意欲新しいプログラムを実現する起業家精神とクリエイティビティを持っていることが求められます

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for talent acquisition
oManage multi-channel marketing campaigns
oDeveloping metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness including partnering with BI team media agency and third-party vendors to implement performance measurement automation attribution and channel optimization
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic candidate attraction
oUtilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing tactics
oEnhance candidate experience and engagement
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
