The Mathematics Department seeks Lecturers (Part Time Teaching) for the New Brunswick/Piscataway Campus for Summer 2026. The positions available are primarily for course lecturers or recitation instructors for Basic Skills (e.g. Elementary Algebra) Mathematics or Liberal Arts Precalculus and Calculus I and II. Candidates for Part Time Teaching or Instructor must be able to teach face-to-face as well as online and be available to teach between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or else between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Candidates must have a Masters Degree or Ph.D. and provide evidence of teaching effectiveness. Course load is up to 9 credits hours per semester for a maximum of 15 credits hours per academic year. All teaching will be in person.
