The Sr. Director of Product Management for the Cardiology Franchise leads the global strategy vision and execution for GE HealthCares cardiovascular IT portfolio across imaging reporting hemodynamics electrophysiology noninvasive diagnostics AI and enterprise workflows. This role is responsible for defining the multiyear roadmap driving modernization toward cloudnative architectures and orchestrating seamless interoperability across devices diagnostics and enterprise imaging platforms. As the enterprise ambassador for cardiovascular care the director aligns strategies across multiple GEHC businessesincluding Echo ECG Monitoring Stress Holter and Ultrasoundto build a unified clinically trusted cardiovascular ecosystem.
The position owns the business KPIs operational governance and customer outcomes that define franchise success ensuring measurable progress through MOR commitments Heartbeat scorecards and modernization milestones. The leader engages deeply with customers market trends and clinical workflows to translate insights into differentiated solutions and scalable enterprise offerings. They also partner closely with commercial and field teams to drive launch excellence and competitive positioning while building and mentoring a highperforming Cardiovascular IT product team focused on clarity accountability and customer obsession.

Job Summary

The Sr. Director of Product Management leads the global strategy roadmap and business performance for GE HealthCares Cardiology franchise within Solutions for Enterprise Imaging. This role owns the vision and execution across CVIS hemodynamics electrophysiology noninvasive cardiology structured reporting interoperability analytics and AIenabled workflows. As the enterprise ambassador for cardiovascular care the director ensures alignment across cardiologyrelated businessesincluding Echo ECG Monitoring Ultrasound Cardiology Stress Holter and devicebased solutionsto deliver a unified cardiovascular ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the multiyear strategy roadmap and investment priorities for the Cardiology franchise across imaging reporting workflows interoperability and AI.
  • Drive modernization to cloudnative scalable APIfirst architectures and ensure compliance with performance security and reliability requirements.
  • Build strong crossbusiness partnerships and align cardiology product strategies data models workflow orchestration and market positioning.
  • Own business customer operational and governance KPIs including growth attach/retention margin improvement NPS upgrade performance delivery predictability and Heartbeat/MOR commitments.
  • Champion endtoend cardiovascular workflow excellence across echo cath lab EP lab vascular and related clinical environments.
  • Lead customer VOC programs advisory boards and KOL engagement to shape differentiation and product direction.
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure launch readiness competitive positioning and key customer engagement.
  • Build mentor and develop a highperforming Cardiovascular IT product team with strong product management discipline.
  • Oversee lifecycle management portfolio simplification operational governance rhythms and execution excellence.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10 years in healthcare IT cardiovascular informatics imaging diagnostics or clinical workflow domains.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex product portfolios with measurable commercial and operational impact.
  • Deep understanding of cardiovascular workflows across echo cath EP vascular labs hemodynamics and noninvasive diagnostics.
  • Strong executive communication skills and experience operating in large matrixed organizations.

Preferred:

  • Strategic systems thinker with deep knowledge of the cardiovascular landscape.
  • Influential communicator and enterprise collaborator.
  • KPIdriven operator with experience in cloud modernization interoperability and AIenabled workflows.
  • Customerobsessed datadriven and passionate about improving clinical outcomes.
