As a Business Analyst (Epic/Radient/Cupid) Intern you will help manage incoming requests for our Procedural Teams. When a new IDEA or request comes in youll review it reach out to the person who submitted it to confirm whether its still needed and ask for any missing details. Youll then update the IDEA with the new information. If the person who submitted the request no longer works at Sentara or no longer needs the IDEA youll simply mark it for closure. Interns will receive experiential learning through operational engagement and collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
This internship provides a meaningful learning experience where youll work sidebyside with a supportive team member. Youll take on real project responsibilities and assist with initiatives that help drive the departments work forward.
Location: Remote - Must be located in an approved SWS work state listed below
Hours per week: 20-30
Duration: 12-15 weeks
Responsibilities:
Support colleagues with project tasks and deliverables
Help with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings or preparing reports
Conduct research and analysis on topics relevant to the department
Contribute to the development and execution of projects
Prepare and organize data for presentations and reports
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Communicate ongoing progress related to currently assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
Education
Must be currently pursuing and/or enrolled in a college or university at an undergraduate or graduate level.
