Job Summary
As a Chick-fil-A Millennium Park Team Member you will be working at one of only 2 flagship Chick-fil-A locations in the country. It is our job to represent Chicago well through providing professional Chick-fil-A hospitality experience to those who have never encountered it before and exemplify it for those who have.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Care for Hospitality:
- Provide friendly efficient and personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Take orders process payments and accurately assemble and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining room ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
2. Skill Development:
- New hires will go through a proper introductory training program
- Promotion Path is visible and the training materials for each promotion is accessible
- All team members will be given regular feedback on their performance; it is a requirement to embrace all feedback
3. Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Work closely with fellow team members to create a positive and supportive work environment
- Communicate your needs and goals clearly to team members and members of leadership
- Contribute to a culture of respect genuine hospitality and professionalism
4. Adherence to Policies and Standards:
- Follow company policies procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe clean and compliant workplace
- Adhere to Chick-fil-As high standards for food quality safety and cleanliness
- Exemplify the Chick-fil-A Core 4 and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions
