Job Summary

Unit Role: RAPSTONE delivers rapid operational capability enhancements for the Army
Position Role: Manage develop and deliver the ASKA programme of rapid capability projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with operational formations to advise and support the E-DLoD requirements of their AKSA WARDEV ambitions.
2. Manage a group of talented SO2s and CS staff in executing a portfolio of capability projects all with a delivery horizon of 6-12 months.
3. Manage project enablement relationships across Andover NADG and into industry.
4. Support AH Rapstone Ops as required with programme-level management analysis and problem-solving.
5. Be prepared to lead develop and execute specific AKSA projects corralling expert advice as need be (Fin Cmrcl Safety Trg etc).
