Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries via case management tools ensuringtimelyandaccurateresolution.

  • Handlemore complexcustomer queries/requests escalatedbyAssociate AnalystsPeople Support.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies procedures and system navigation to employees and managers.

  • Promote and educate users on self-service tools and resources.

  • Serve as a point of contact for escalated or complex inquiries requiring policy interpretation or cross-functional coordinationwithinPeopleSupport team.

  • Collaborate with globaland other regionalPeopleServicesteam memberstoalignprocesses share best practices and support global consistency.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcileconflictsand research inconsistencies in information before resolving customerqueries.

  • Identifytrends ininquiries and recommendprocessor content improvements.

  • Support onboarding andtraining ofteam members.

  • Be up to speed on the latest policy processchanges inPeopleSupportscope andtraintheAssociate AnalystsPeople Supportas applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfields.

  • Minimum 3years of experience in HR shared services or operations.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms(i.e.Workday Success Factors)and case management tools (i.e. ServiceNow Workday Help).Knowledge in Workday is preferred.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Englishlanguageis.
