Job Summary

Job Title : GPSE - Toolchain Support

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage incident and problem tickets ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
Support and maintain DevOps toolchain and platform services.
Automate operational and support tasks using scripting and programming languages.
Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab or GitHub.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
Troubleshoot issues across toolchain and platform services.
Document SOPs processes and support activities.
Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required.
Enhance system reliability availability and performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requisites

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in DevOps infrastructure support or operations.
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or GitHub.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence and IaC tools (Ansible/Terraform).
Knowledge of scripting/programming languages like Python or Java.
Understanding of YAML JSON and XML.
Exposure to Agile development practices.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and container tools like Kubernetes.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
