We are currently seeking a full-time experience Property
Administrator and Residential Rent Collections person for an immediate
opening working from our down town Toronto Office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and
interest in Tenant and Legal relations with the ability to generate
data-driven insights using Yardi and accounting tools and technologies to
guide strategic decision-making for the Senior manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property Administration and Residential Lease
administration
Provide property administrative
support to Senior Property management staff.
Be a front line contact for
tenants on an on-going basis to answer questions concerning property
administration and resolve their concerns including follow up to ensure
satisfaction
Knowledge and a deep
understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Of Ontario is required.
Prepare correspondence for
Property Manager and draft notices to tenants as required
Enter update and maintain
accurate tenant lease information in Yardi tenant database
Knowledge on preparation for LTB
cases and defending and initiating Tenant litigation is an asset.
Prepare and issue approved Rental
Advice Notices
Review monthly rent roll to
ensure accuracy for billing
Collection of sales figures from
Commercial Tenants and preparation of reports as required
Investigate and resolve Tenant
accounting and billing issues
Understand and interpret leases;
assist Property Manager in preparation of any required documentation
Maintain Tenant and Supplier
Contact information
Maintain schedule of up-to-date
insurance certificates for all tenants and trades
Residential
Lease Administration and Rent Collection
Residential and some Commercial
Rent administration including account reconciliation collections deposits and
posting of cash receipts into YARDI / Voyager Enterprise.
Prepare and maintain all tracking
schedules logs and reports as required
Preparation of invoices including
utilities year-end adjustments tenant charge-backs and entry into Yardi
Issue Residential N1 notices
Issue Residential N4 notices
Produce N5 N9 N11 N8 and any
other Rental Tribunal Forms to collect arrears and enforce Landlords Rights.
Contacting Tenants who have not
paid their rent and enforcement of collection procedure
Reporting
Assist Property Manager in the
preparation of basic weekly reports to owners including Executive Summary of
accounts receivable report Vacancy Report Lease up activity and
revenue/expense variance analysis.
Quarterly comprehensive operation
report support using Power Point and Excel.
Assist Property Manager in the
preparation and control of annual operating budget
QUALIFICATIONS
Very Fluent English and excellent
communication phone skills.
Enjoys and takes pride in working
in a formal dress code environment
Minimum of 5 years experience in
a related property management admin position
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Word Excel Power Point
Experience with Yardi accounting
system a definite asset
Strong aptitude for numbers
including strong knowledge of accounting procedures and account reconciliation
Ability to meet deadlines
prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
Exceptional problem solving and
attention to detail.

Execute revenue management
strategies across a portfolio of purpose-built rental properties.
Analyze internal leasing
occupancy and traffic data alongside third-party market intelligence (i.e.
rent comparable absorption supply/demand trends) to identify pricing
opportunities and risks.
Maintain and refine dynamic
pricing models that inform rent setting concessions and marketing investment
decisions.
Use advanced data analytics
predictive modeling and data visualization tools to uncover trends forecast
performance and drive actionable insights.
Provide weekly and monthly
revenue reporting and forecasts with data-backed actionable insights for
internal stakeholders.
Support budgeting and financial
planning by contributing revenue assumptions and scenario analysis.
Stay abreast of industry trends
and emerging tools in pricing demand forecasting and multifamily analytics.
Manage and maintain revenue
management systems (e.g. Yardi) and proprietary revenue management software
ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Develop and maintain reporting
and analytical frameworks to monitor performance support decision-making and
optimize overall financial outcomes.
Establish best practices for data
governance process automation and system calibration to improve efficiency
transparency and repeatability in pricing operations.
Serve as a strategic data advisor
to internal stakeholders helping interpret trends and metrics that influence
decisions across all business verticals.
Qualifications and Experiences:
College Level designation or a
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics
Paralegal agent that can attend
Landlord and Tenant Board Hearings
Minimum (2) years of progressive
experience in revenue management pricing strategy or financial analysis
ideally within multifamily real estate property management hospitality or a
related industry.
Knowledge of multifamily
residential operations lease-up dynamics and property technology systems is
considered an asset.
Experience with property
management and revenue management platforms (e.g. Yardi RentCafe) is
considered an asset.
Ability to troubleshoot revenue
and data integrity issues quickly applying analytical reasoning to develop
effective data-informed solutions.
Exceptional ability to interpret
complex datasets identify patterns and drivers and translate findings into
strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
Demonstrated track record of
