Job Title: Senior Manager of Master Data Management Services

Location: Cracow Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional who will ensure the effective delivery and orchestration of operational service activities for the Master Data Management Platform.
This role will coordinate and supervise internal teams as well as external thirdparty providers to secure high-quality service performance continuous improvement and full compliance.
We are looking for someone who can partner closely with IT Managers to execute the service and platform lifecycle and roadmap.
In addition this person may act as a control owner for selected areas and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve IT Domain service operations in collaboration with IT Managers and Solution Architects.
  • Translate business process needs into IT service requirements and support new demand and project direction.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI performance is met monitored and reported.
  • Oversee integration of Run & Build (DevOps) activities and manage the product backlog aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships including contractual changes and operational SLAs.
  • Define and oversee service monitoring levels ensuring proper support and consumer experience.
  • Lead daytoday service delivery incident management escalation handling and service restoration within SLAs.
  • Drive root cause analysis workaround definition and collaboration with 3rdparty suppliers.
  • Support service availability performance oversight disaster readiness and major incident resolution.
  • Work with business data owners to reflect processes in applications support datarelated initiatives and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Successful experience in a similar role and environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Master Data Management Platform (experience with Informatica MDM will be a plus)
  • Experience in managing various subjects in parallel in a multilingual and multicultural context
  • Demonstrated experience in large projects in Master data domain
  • Experience with new technologies
  • Experience in an industrial environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
  • Good understanding of GxP and Computerized System Validation
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain S&OP Demand Planning processes
  • Proven ability to speak English in an international business environment
