Primary Function: Serve as the primary financial officer for the Responsibilities:ACCOUNTINGLead the Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable ACH Wire Transfer General Ledger and other traditional accounting Payroll Employee Benefits and Onboarding DocumentationPrepare and analyze monthly financial statementsIdentify implement document and maintain a strong system of Internal Financial and report retirement account data and the preparation of the annual 990 tax the annual institutional and report Capital Expenditures and maintain capital Ledger Account analysis and for maintaining all financial records and the preparation and submission of financial reports for all grants awarded to AAEA. Responsible for retaining all required financial records according to AAEAs record retention cash balances to both cover expenditures and maximize current records of all active bank the monthly reconciliation of bank for submitting a draft budget for the Executive Director to of accounting software with membership outstanding invoices and reimbursements in a timely duties as assignedCONSTITUENT GROUPSMaintain all required financial records for each constituent all financial reports for board meetings for each constituent group conference registrations in a timely AND BACKGROUND:EDUCATIONBachelors Degree in Accounting experience is -Profit experience is a plus; however not communication and interpersonal skills are ability to work proactively and to prioritize on a day-to-day basis to resolve ability to maintain confidentiality is computer skills in Accounting software Microsoft Suite and Google ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with a high level of tact and and ability to work as a friendly and productive team member will be expected.
