What youll do
We are looking for a AI Engineering Specialist who can designbuildand bring to production enterprise-grade AI solutions across processes in Go-to-Market operations. You will play a key role in developing scalable (gen) AI and multi-agent systems and products that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills deep understanding of data andMLOpspractices and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks.
In this role you will work closely with AI Product Owners data scientists and architects to translate AI concepts into reliable production-ready and implement AI solutionssetupand develop big datapipelinesand ensurehigh standardsof scalabilityobservabilityand in an agile collaborative environment thatvaluescontinuous learning engineeringexcellenceand innovation helping shape the next generation of enterprise AI solutions at SAP.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy AI and (gen)AI services and solutions from proof of concept to full enterprise production
- Build andmaintaindata pipelines and model deployment workflows for scalable secure AI systems
- Implement CI/CD andMLOpspractices to automate model trainingtestingand deployment
- Collaborate with Product Owners and data scientists to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and integrate multi-agent AI and LLM-based products and solutions
- Ensure reliabilityobservabilityand compliance of deployed AI solutions
What you bring
- Degree in computer science or a similar field
- 3 to 6 years of software development experience
- Advanced Coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java with solid understanding of software engineering principles
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI Flask Django) and microservice architectures
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes GitHub ActionsMLFlow)
- Familiarityimplementing CI/CD andMLOpspipelines in cloud environments (Azure ML Databricks AWS)
- Hands-on experience with data ETL APIs and model deployment workflows
- Knowledge of distributed systems and data platforms for big data
- Fluent English and a proactiveproblem solvingmindset
Nice to have but not a must
- Experience with multi-agent or generative AI frameworks ()
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core SAP BTP
- Experience with agile frameworks (e.g. ScrumSAFe) and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Understanding of AgileSAFemethodologies and collaborative engineering practices
These skills are a plus. If youdonthave experience in all these areaswellprovide the resources and training you need to become a leader incutting-edgeAI technologies.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 77500 - actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
