PRN Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Not looking for full-time Perfect. This role is built for CNAs who want flexibility without losing purpose.

Per diem / as-needed visits
You choose your availability
Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility variety or supplemental hours
Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team
What Youll Do
This is hands-on patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly whats needednothing more nothing less.
Provide direct personal care in patients homes (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
Assist with mobility ambulation and safe transfers
Take and report vital signs
Observe and communicate changes in patients condition
Help maintain a safe clean home environment
Follow the established plan of care under RN direction
What Were Looking For
Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification
Experience in home health hospital or skilled nursing preferred
Comfortable working independently in the field
Strong communication and reliability
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
Physical Requirements - Sit stand bend lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED
