Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing this role you will provide high-quality evidence-based care build strong relationships with patients and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including assessment of mobility strength function and movement patterns
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best clinical practices
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions including manual therapy therapeutic exercise modalities and patient education
• Maintain accurate timely documentation using Raintree in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
