About the role

We are seeking a resourceful people-first Office Manager to keep our fast-moving environment running smoothly - from day-to-day office operations to supporting our leadership team and culture. This is a high-visibility high-impact role for someone who takes pride in building systems solving problems before they surface and creating a workplace where people love to show up. Youll partner cross-functionally with HR Finance and IT to ensure a seamless well-run workplace and be the go-to person for everything that keeps our team focused organized and thriving.

Youre excited about this opportunity because you will

  • Serve as a welcoming face to the office for guests new employees and our team

  • Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance ensuring a clean tidy and clutter-free workspace

  • Manage office and building logistics including maintenance deliveries and guest access

  • Support IT needs for new hires including setting up workstations coordinating with IT for software installations and ensuring all equipment is functional

  • Act as the building point of contact for security and safety expectations

  • Keep the pantry stocked and manage kitchen pantry equipment orders within budget expectations

  • Manage inventory of supplies and pantry items

  • Oversee office social events and happy hours fostering a positive workplace culture

  • Lead logistics vendor coordination setup/breakdown and day-of execution for office events

Required:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in office management operations or an executive/administrative support role ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and execute with minimal oversight

  • Experience managing vendor relationships office budgets and facilities coordination

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • A collaborative can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for building great workplace culture

What youll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($60000 to $80000) equity grant

    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to skills prior relevant experience and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely base salary will be localized.

Where were located: Tribeca NY - In office Monday - Friday

Unfortunately we are unable to offer new H-1B visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring new H-1B sponsorship. However we can support H-1B transfers and are able to sponsor TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens.
