Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily kitchen and service operations to ensure full Halaal compliance.
- Monitor day-to-day food preparation and service to ensure Halaal compliance.
- Inspect and verify deliveries ingredients and suppliers against Halaal requirements.
- Maintain separation controls for Halaal and non-Halaal products where required.
- Conduct routine Halaal and hygiene checks across kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure correct documentation logs and audit records are completed and updated.
- Support staff training on Halaal practices hygiene and food safety.
- Identify non-compliance act promptly and escalate where necessary.
- Assist with client queries inspections and audits.
- Maintain Tsebo quality food safety and health and safety standards.
