Administration Services Supervisor

Job Summary
The Administration Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Talent Acquisition Operations Recruitment and Pre-Boarding administration teams. Leading a team of administrator for designated business area they will assure the teams are right-sized appropriately skilled and trained and delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
KEY TASKS
PEOPLE
- Manage all business areas in scope of work (existing and new)
- Manage a team of administrators for a designated business area
- Ensure team motivation and operational effectiveness through team supervision and follow up
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills act as a trusted partner for the Talent Acquisition Operations team HR Hiring Managers and other parties involved in recruitment process
- Embed and drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
TECHNICAL
- Be a subject matter expert for your team members provide education and guidance to ensure efficiency of administrative processes
- Provide expert knowledge of our Applicant Tracking Systems for your team
- Understand and remove all teams productivity roadblocks
- Regularly review adherence to process and address appropriately
- Identify process improvement opportunities & ensure change management
- Continually identify process improvement opportunities in your area and communicate these appropriately
- Deliver All reporting capabilities to ensure your team are meeting targets and client expectations
- Effective planning and organisation for current and future work volumes and projects
- Manage Risk and compliance expectations
COMMERCIAL
- Ensure all SLAs KPIs and your team objectives are met
- Constantly grow your market expertise and leadership skills
- Ensure that an experienced focused value add approach to the operational delivery of the service is at the heart of everything the team delivers
- Ensure all process documents are up to date
Qualifications :
- Relevant diploma or degree or relevant experience
EXPERIENCE
- 2 4 years management experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of recruitment and or pre-boarding administration
- Experience building and managing a high-performing team with a genuine passion for developing talent
- Focus on quality and execution
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and work in collaboration with other internal departments through virtual and face to face interaction.
- Experience in enabling technology to deliver recruitment services
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of administrative processes including but not limited to: job posting CV / documents processing interview scheduling travel management
- Good understanding of the mining industry and industry trends
- Strong PC skills with a confident approach working with MS Office and ATSs
- Experience of developing SLAs/KPIs to enhance service delivery
- Ability to understand risk exercise judgement and take independent action
