We are seeking a standout leader to take the helm across the Upper Hunter North specifically supporting our operations in Murrurundi Scone and Aberdeen. This is a critical regional role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and is driven to uphold exceptional standards across multiple sites. About the role

This role leads and coordinates cleaning operations across multiple sites to ensure safe high-quality environments for students staff and the wider school community.

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across sites in the Hunter Valley and Central Coast regions
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with departmental policies and standards
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning and hygiene outcomes
  • Maintain safe hazard-free environments that support wellbeing
  • Support the implementation of cleaning management programs and scheduled works
  • Drive professional service delivery across allocated sites and cleaning personnel

About you -

  • Youre a hands-on people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced multi-site environment and takes pride in delivering safe high-quality outcomes
  • Proven experience leading and supporting teams to deliver consistent high-quality results
  • Background in cleaning facilities or similar operational environments with a strong focus on compliance and standards
  • Confident and organised communicator able to build strong stakeholder relationships while planning prioritising and managing competing demands across multiple sites with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Essential requirements of the role

  • Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment.
  • Current and valid Drivers licence
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work across a range of sites within the region
  • Willingness and ability to travel across sites and work flexible hours including weekends and shifts as required
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
