An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious hospitality group. We are looking for a practical solutions-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and previous hotel lodge or hospitality maintenance experience.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily maintenance team operations
- Carry out hands-on maintenance repairs and fault finding
- Oversee preventative maintenance schedules across the property
- Attend to guest and operational maintenance requests promptly
- Manage contractors and service providers when required
- Ensure plumbing electrical HVAC and general building systems are fully operational
- Maintain health & safety standards and compliance
- Monitor tools stock and maintenance supplies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Hotel hospitality lodge or property maintenance experience essential
- Strong practical knowledge of plumbing electrical and general maintenance
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage a team
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
