Basic experience as an intern or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain
Relevant Degree or Masters: preference will be given to persons with a major in Supply Chain Logistics Operations or Mechanical Industrial Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
Analytical approach and ability to solve problems in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with all levels of the organization showing a growth mindset transparency.
A strong commitment to an international career in supply chain.
Language skills fluency in English is a requirement; Norwegian or Dutch is an advantage but not a necessity.
A sense of curiosity and adventure with willingness to work away from home in a different country for extended periods.
