Job Summary
1. Lead the Community Liaison Team.
2. Provide direct support to the Programme Director Delivery through Deputy Director Resettlement and AH(Mil) Resettlement to mitigate the risks posed to community cohesion on the Defence Estate.
3. Provide immediate response to any serious community cohesion incidents involving Afghan ARP EPs across the UK liaising with DARR and Regional stakeholders.
4. Be primary point of contact and provide support to Defence Estate stakeholders Military Service Personnel and ARP Afghan EPs receiving and responding to issues and complaints or providing cultural and discipline advice.
5. Act as interface between service families Afghan EPs HoE Unit WOs LAs and wider stakeholders enabling channels of communication to mitigate likelihood or address and rectify any emergent issues.
6. Respond to breaches in Code of Conduct implementing sanctions where appropriate.
7. Conduct holistic trend and atmospheric analysis to support military and LA understanding allowing prioritisation of activity and providing early pre-emptive interventions as appropriate.
8. Act 1RO and 2RO as directed in the SJC OP LAZURITE MS Organisation.
