About the role:
You will lead a team that supports people (aged 18) who are living in Porchlights homeless hostels sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness.
Your team will give people the practical and emotional support needed to overcome the trauma of the streets and rebuild their lives. It will be your job to ensure that they are efficient and effective at doing so.
This will involve monitoring the performance of your team ensuring staff meet our high standards and keeping accurate records of the teams work. Regular auditing is an important part of the role. You will also be required to liaise with councils and health professionals.

Working pattern:9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2027 (with the potential to be extended - subject to funding)

The contract for this role runs until 31st March 2027. We hope toextendthe contract if new funding is obtained but thisisntguaranteed at the time of writing this job advert.
