As a UAT Analyst within Wealth Management Operations you lead regression and functional testing for systems that underpin Asset & Wealth Management business processes. You validate new platform outputs via parallel runs curate test data and document end-to-end test assets to ensure comprehensive coverage and traceability. You analyze defects partner with Operations and Technology to drive timely fixes and produce clear reporting that informs release decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform regression and functional UAT for systems supporting wealth management business processes.
- Assist with parallel runs to validate new system results against existing platforms.
- Document UAT scenarios test cases and test scripts with end-to-end traceability.
- Define and prepare comprehensive high-quality test data sets.
- Identify analyze and track defects; collaborate with Operations and Technology to ensure timely resolution.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting on testing progress results and defect trends.
- Contribute to test automation and continuous process improvements to increase coverage and efficiency.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- Experience in a testing or technical support environment with hands-on test preparation and execution.
- Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and trade processing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail including defect analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven track record of team-based delivery under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask across applications and releases with effective time management.
Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities
- Practical experience with one or more test automation tools.
- Experience coordinating parallel runs and validating cross-system results.
- Experience producing structured monthly or quarterly testing reports and metrics.
