We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to be the backbone of our Hanoi operations. You will ensure a professional workspace for our engineering teams and serve as the vital link between Hanoi HCM and our regional APAC Ops team.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management: Lead the office setup and daily operations (building management utilities supplies).
Operational Support: Bridge workflows between Hanoi and HCM managing documents and payments (via Project A).
HR & Admin: Support onboarding for new engineers manage local timesheets and track attendance.
Corporate Alignment: Report to the APAC Ops team to ensure local activities meet global standards.
Requirements
Experience: 2 years in Office Admin/Ops (Tech or Global company experience is a plus).
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English.
Skills: Strong organization independent problem-solving and MS Office proficiency.
Mindset: Proactive can-do attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
