Sperton Global AS is a renowned international Recruitment Payroll Manpower and Talent Mobility services company headquartered in Norway with active offices across Europe (Norway Germany Sweden) USA Panama and Asia (Pakistan India Malaysia & Vietnam).
We are now looking for a professional and entrepreneurial leader as Country Manager for our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City to build lead and grow Spertons business in Vietnam. This is a complete leadership position for someone who wants to run a real business and grow it sustainably.
The Opportunity
Operate under a selfcompensation model compensation is drawn directly from the revenue you generate.
Upon achieving mutually agreed KPIs after one year you will be granted 40% shareholding in Sperton Vietnam.
Minimal expenses: Sperton Vietnam is already duly registered with recruitment licenses but no onsite office setup is required initially.
Full support from HQ including Shared Services (dedicated recruiters) recruitment & BD tools communication/email platforms enabling you to focus entirely on business development and scaling revenue.
Growth & Rewards
Build and grow Recruitment Manpower Supply & Payroll services.
Develop clients and longterm business relationships in Vietnam.
Lead operations and revenue growth with autonomy supported by HQ.

Who We Are Looking For
5 years of experience in recruitment staffing manpower supply or HR services.
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and local business environment.
Proven ability to develop clients and grow revenue.
Leadership mindset with handson execution ability.
Entrepreneurial responsible and growthdriven.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
