If yes we offer you the opportunity to joinValmet TissueSales and Operation Planning function to leaddemand and supply planning.This is a strategic role that ensures alignment between global demand and supply enabling efficient operations and customer satisfaction.You will report tothe Director Sales and Operations PlanningTissue.
As aDemand andSupplyPlanner you work ina very closecooperationwith different teams across areas and functions.
YourRoleandResponsibilities:
Develop andmaintainsupplyplansbalancingdemandwith
productionlogisticsinventorycapacity andresources.
Createproductionandcapacityscenariosbasedonsalesforecastincludingcostandfinancialimpact.
Identifybottlenecks andassessrisksandopportunitiesrelated
tocapacityleadtimes andcostefficiency.
CreateMicrosoft ProjectTargetTimeSchedules(TTS)
duringthesalesphase.
Supportresourceplanningfor Engineering andProductionthrough
workloadcapacityanalysis.
ConductmakeorbuyanalysesandprepareTotalCostAnalyses
(TCAs) tosupportfinanciallyoptimaldecisions.
CollaboratewithSales Engineering Manufacturing and Supply Chain tooptimizecostcapacityleadtimes andfinancialperformance.
Requirements:
Experience in demand and supply planningin industrial machinery or projectbased (ETO) environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and evaluate demand supply capacity and scenario analyses;proficiencyin planning and analysis tools (e.g.Workflow automation solutions Power BI).
Experience in supporting salesphase planning activities including cost capacity and schedule evaluations and in contributing to smooth handover from sales to execution.
Understanding capacity and resource planning for Engineering and Production including workload analysis and mediumterm outlooks.
Ability to work effectively in a global matrixed organization and collaborate across Sales Engineering Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Proactive and structured mindset with a passion for process optimization proactive planning and datadriven decisionmaking.
Ability to prepare business analyses and planning insights to support management decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
