As Human Resources Manager you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations across both properties driving strategic talent initiatives to attract develop engage and retain top talent. Leveraging your strategic insight leadership and operational expertise you will cultivate a culture of excellence collaboration and engagement directly contributing to the continued success of both resorts and elevating the overall guest experience.

This role is based at the Athens Head Office with regular travel to the Mykonos property from April to October and to Arachova as required ensuring hands-on support and alignment across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the resorts goals and operational objectives
• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from employer branding initiatives and career fair representation to job postings candidate screening interviewing and selection ensuring the successful attraction and acquisition of top-tier talent
• Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for all new hires incorporating group inductions property orientation and coordination of departmental trainings to ensure a smooth engaging and fully integrated employee experience
• Coordinate seasonal employee logistics including staff accommodation and transfer uniforms staff meals and other workforce support needs with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Monitor attendance timekeeping and leave management proactively identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor regulations
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness addressing conflicts performance issues and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and labor legislation
• Drive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture enhance employee satisfaction and support the development of top talent

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment onboarding training and HR operations including hands-on management of attendance timekeeping
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary procedures
• Fluency in Greek and English is required additional languages are a plus
• In-depth understanding of Greek labor laws regulations and HR compliance requirements
• Strong organizational problem-solving and operational skills with a hands-on approach to workforce management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization
