The Land representative position negotiates drafts executes and managesnew and existing Land agreements. Initiates and develops Landstrategies and asset monetization tactics through portfolio analysis competitive intelligence and externalrelationships with landowners industry counterparts government agencies and communities. Acquires maintains and divests land assets. Supports medium sized clients/ customers and makes significant contributions to more complex cross-functional projects under periodic land brokers title attorneys and land support personnel. General knowledge of the work function and Chevrons practices.
