Job Summary

8. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

250 days

SALARY/PAYGRADE:

$30707 CP3

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Answer and respond to incoming calls on the Spanish Line; take accurate message and route them to the appropriate staff. Serve as backup for the English Line; monitor door and troubleshoot visitor inquiries.
  2. Maintain office equipment and common areas manage visitor and interview sign-in processes and provide clerical support including data preparation copies mailing and reports.
  3. File store and scan documents; ensure scanned copies are clear and legible (e.g. driving records training documents etc.).
  4. Assist managers with interpretations and translations as needed (verbal and written).
  5. Assist with applicant support interview and meeting scheduling new hire onboarding tasks and recruitment events.
  6. Track daily call-in absences and email to Operations team.
  7. Monitor reasonable assurance letters; collaborate with managers to ensure timely processing and receipt.
  8. Prepare and track open enrollment campus transfers; collaborate with Operations Assistant Director to create print and mail non-select letters.
  9. Distribute retirement checklist; provide employee details to the HR Assistant Director and assist in scheduling retirement appointments.
  10. Support HR Assistant Director in reviewing back-to-school annual forms information and track completion.
  11. Develop and maintain various instruction sheets and documents (e.g. EAC instructions application process guides job detail documents).
  12. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
