What Youll Do

As a Laser Specialist youll operate and maintain our BLM LT8 tube laser system ensuring accuracy quality and safety in all production this role you will:

Operate the BLM LT8 tube laser safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
Set up materials adjust machine parameters and monitor cutting operations for precision and quality.
Perform routine maintenance inspections and basic mechanical repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to reduce downtime.
Interpret blueprints technical drawings and job specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and uphold all company safety and quality standards.

What You Bring

5 yearsof experience operating laser cutting equipment; BLM LT8 experience strongly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Skilled in machine setup calibration and parameter adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience with BLM software control interfaces and basic CNC programming.
High attention to detail commitment to quality and ability to work independently.
High school diploma required; BLM LT8 training preferred.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite role in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will:

Work around moving machinery noise and airborne particles.
Be physically active standing walking lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
