Job Summary

RPO Recruitments client a leading architectural practice in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to lead high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to completion ensuring design excellence compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects timelines and budgets
Produce detailed designs drawings and specifications in Revit
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication
Support the success of the practice through dedication and initiative

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years professional experience in architecture
BTech in Architecture or BArch degree
Proven experience across all architectural work stages
Strong technical skills including construction detailing and project coordination
Proficient in Revit for detailed design and documentation
Knowledge of municipal legislation building codes and high-end residential projects
Excellent organisational and communication skills
