Job Summary
A well established travel agency is looking for a Senior Tour Consultant to join their team in Cape Town.
Do you have a passion for Southern & East African travel and love creating unforgettable journeys Were looking for a Tour Consultant / Journey Designer to join the inbound travel team and craft exceptional tailor-made experiences for international travellers.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented customer-focused and experienced in designing customised itineraries within the travel industry.
Requirements
23 years experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar inbound travel role
Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa (destinations logistics and product)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach
Experience with Tourplan (advantageous but not essential)
