Job Summary
Job Title: CNC Grinding Machine Operator Manufacturing / Construction
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Grinders (Schleifer / Rüster) to join a leading metal and bearing manufacturing company in Hessen Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up load and operate CNC grinding machines with high precision and consistency
Perform self-inspections using micrometers calipers and other precision measuring instruments
Accurately document production data and monitor KPIs via IFS/FA/1h charts
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and proactively address deviations
Conduct routine machine maintenance and follow TPM cleaning and preventive maintenance procedures
Adhere strictly to safety quality and production standards
Work effectively in a rotating 3-shift schedule including weekends and flexible hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC grinding or precision machining
- Age limit: Below 44 years
- Vocational qualification in machining or metalworking (Anabin H or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Highly independent detail-oriented and committed to quality and accuracy
- Minimum two-year educational certificate from a recognized institution is mandatory
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling or related machining environments Below 40 years
