Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
Strong knowledge of machine learning model development evaluation and deployment.
Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering to optimize model performance.-Experience in integrating machine learning models into software applications and systems.
Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
