Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Domain Trainee/ Senior Analyst HRO (Rewards & Benefits Administrator)
In this role you will be responsible to be an effective influencer knowledgeable about the business and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.
Responsibilities
Provide enrollment support to employees in different benefits as per eligibility
Assist employees with enrollment and administration during life event changes and
open enrollment
Process and distribute required letters
Managing compensation and benefits reports
Manage employee communications
Prepare systems and perform mass uploads for rewards and benefits updates
Leverage language translation tools to provide for support language agnostic activities
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or equivalent education
3-5 years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
Hands-on experience in Total Rewards and Benefits administration
Understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle
Experience in SuccessFactors Workday Darwin or similar HCM platforms
Exposure to UK and Europe benefits administration
Experience coordinating with vendors and payroll teams
Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous high growth fast paced environment
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
